This is true, but not terribly relevent, IMHO. System 7, NT, Unix, OS/2, 
etc, all feature the memory model,  multi processing, and security levels 
to some degree.  The fact that they are commonly used by only a single 
user makes them a special case of multi user systems.  They still have 
many features of the "multi user model".

The users that are PC windows now will be migrating to NT or Chicago, 
which will open up a whole new can of worms :(
